Welcome to SHOHEI ("Service", "we", "us", or "our"). By accessing or using our Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). Please read them carefully before using the Service.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By connecting your TikTok account or using any feature of SHOHEI, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

SHOHEI is a TikTok video scheduling and publishing tool that allows content creators to:

• Connect their TikTok account using TikTok's official OAuth authorization flow
• Upload video files to TikTok's servers via the official Content Posting API
• Schedule and publish videos directly to their TikTok profile at a specified time

All content posted through SHOHEI is published to the creator's own TikTok account. SHOHEI does not publish content on behalf of third parties without explicit authorization.

3. Eligibility

To use the Service, you must:

• Have a valid TikTok account in good standing
• Be at least 13 years of age (or the minimum age required in your country)
• Comply with TikTok's Terms of Service and Community Guidelines
• Have the legal right to publish all content you upload through the Service

4. TikTok Authorization

SHOHEI integrates with TikTok's official API using the following permissions you grant during authorization:

• user.info.basic – Read your public profile information to verify your account
• video.upload – Upload video files to TikTok's servers on your behalf
• video.publish – Publish scheduled videos to your TikTok profile

You may revoke this authorization at any time through your TikTok account settings under "Manage app permissions." Revoking access will disable the Service for your account.

5. User Responsibilities

You are solely responsible for all content you upload and publish through the Service. You agree not to use SHOHEI to:

• Post content that violates TikTok's Community Guidelines or Terms of Service
• Upload content you do not have the rights to distribute
• Engage in spam, harassment, or any form of abusive behavior
• Attempt to circumvent TikTok's policies or rate limits

6. Intellectual Property

You retain full ownership of any content you upload through the Service. By using SHOHEI, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive license solely to operate the Service on your behalf (e.g., to upload and publish your videos to TikTok as instructed).

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that videos will be published at the exact scheduled time in all circumstances. TikTok API availability is outside our control.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, SHOHEI and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Service, including but not limited to loss of content, missed publishing windows, or changes in TikTok's API.

9. Third-Party Services

The Service relies on TikTok's API and is subject to TikTok's own terms and policies. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by TikTok or ByteDance. TikTok's terms are available at tiktok.com.

10. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. We will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page.

11. Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time by revoking SHOHEI's access in your TikTok account settings. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to the Service for violations of these Terms.
